Using The Dipster Is Simple
- Use The Dipster in the same way you would use a rag or paper towel.
- Use The Dipster to help control the dipstick as you remove it from the dipstick tube and as you return the dipstick to the tube.
- When wiping the dipstick, squeeze the sides of The Dipster to remove oil from the dipstick.
- The specialized foam in The Dipster has a strong affinity for oil and it will minimize runs and drips.
- Always be careful when checking oil from a hot engine.
- Store The Dipster vertically in the engine compartment. Never store The Dipster near a major source of heat such as the exhaust system.
- Caution: Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with used engine oil. Used engine oil has been shown to cause cancer in laboratory animals. Thoroughly wash the exposed area with soap and water
